The Center for Disease Control (CDC) estimates that 22 million workers are exposed to potentially damaging noise at their workplace every year. Loud noise can create psychological and physical stress, interfere with communication, reduce productivity, disrupt concentration, and contribute to workplace injuries by making it difficult to hear warnings.
